Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perspektif guru TK mengenai wellbeing pada anak usia 4-6 tahun dalam konteks pendidikan meliputi makna, indikator dan faktor yang memengaruhi wellbeing itu sendiri. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Informan adalah guru Taman Kanak-Kanak wilayah Kembangan Jakarta Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan instrumen kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif-kualitatif dan melihat persepsi guru mengenai wellbeing berdasarkan guru TK swasta dan TK negeri, usia guru, dan pengalaman guru. Hasil analisis Makna wellbeing anak usia 4-6 tahun dalam konteks pendidikan tidak dalam kondisi terpaksa dalam belajar, belajar sesuai dengan usia perkembangannya, senang, nyaman, aman, dan menikmati kegiatan di sekolah, anak sehat, hasil belajar baik, mampu menyelesaikan masalah, mampu beradaptasi, bersosialisasi, bekerjasama, mandiri, percaya diri, tanggung jawab, terampil, hubungan anak dengan orang-orang di sekitarnya baik seperti hubungan dengan teman, guru, orang tua, memahami dan menerima lingkungan. Indikator wellbeing meliputi anak sehat, tidak adanya paksaan dalam belajar, senang, nyaman dan aman di sekolah, hasil belajar anak baik, dan adanya sikap positif anak, kebutuhan fisik dan psikis anak tercukupi. Faktor yang memengaruhi wellbeing anak yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal serta adanya perbedaan persepsi berdasarkan guru TK swasta dan negeri, usia guru dan pengalaman mengajar.This study aims to determine include meaning, indicators and factors that affect the wellbeing itself. The research approach is qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive approach. The informant is a kindergarten teacher Kembangan, Jakarta region. Methods of data collection using interviews with the questionnaire. Analyzed using descriptive-qualitative and see the teacher's perception about the wellbeing based private kindergarten teachers and kindergarten country, age of teachers and teacher experience. The results of the analysis of meaning wellbeing of children aged 4-6 years in an educational context is not under the narrow circumstances in learning, learning age-appropriate development, happy, comfortable, safe, and enjoy activities at school, the child is healthy, good learning outcomes, able to solve problems, able adapting, socializing, working, independent, self-confidence, responsibility, skilled, the child's relationship with the people around him well as relationships with friends, teachers, parents, understanding and accepting environment. Wellbeing indicators include healthy children, no coercion in learning, happy, comfortable and safe at school, children learn good results, and the positive attitude of children, children's physical and psychological needs met. Factors that affect the wellbeing of children, internal factors and external factors as well as differences in perception by public and private kindergarten teachers, teacher age and teaching experience.
