Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), Dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (PDRB) Terhadap Belanja Modal Daerah Di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Banten Tahun 2010-2015. Data penelitian Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), dan Belanja Modal berasal dari laporan realisasi APBD Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Banten Tahun 2010-2015, Data diperoleh dari situs resmi Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan. Sedangkan Data penelitian Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) berasal dari situs resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Provinsi Banten Tahun 2010-2015 dengan jumlah kabupaten dan kota yaitu 48. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal Daerah di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Banten Tahun 2010-2015, Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal Daerah di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Banten Tahun 2010-2015, dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal Daerah di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Banten Tahun 2010-2015.This research aims to know the influence of General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Gross Domestic Regional Product (PDRB) towards Capital Expenditure of districts and cities in Banten, in 2010-2015. Where the data of General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Capital Expenditure were taken from Regional Government Budget realization of districts and cities in Banten, in 2010-2015 as retrieved from Directorate-General of Regional Fiscal Balance’s official website. And the data of Gross Domestic Regional Product were taken from Central Bureau of Statistics of districts and cities in Banten, in 2010-2015. The population in this research covers all districts and cities in Banten, in 2010-2015. The result of this research shows that General Allocation Fund (DAU) have positive influence and significant to the Capital Expenditure of districts and cities in Banten, in 2010-2015, Special Allocation Fund (DAK) have negative influence and not significant to the Capital Expenditure of districts and cities in Banten, in 2010-2015, and Gross Domestic Regional Product (PDRB) have positive influence and significant to the Capital Expenditure of districts and cities in Banten, in 2010-2015.
