Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan informasi mengenai pengaruh ROA sebagai proksi dari profitabilitas, CR (Current Ratio) sebagai proksi dari likuiditas dan sales growth terhadap DPR sebagai proksi kebijakan dividen dan DER sebagai proksi kebijakan hutang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah a.) pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen b.) pengaruh likuiditas terhadap kebijakan dividen c.) pengaruh sales growth terhadap kebijakan dividen d.) pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan hutang e.) pengaruh likuidits terhadap kebijakan hutang f.) pengaruh sales growth terhadap kebijakan hutang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2013 – 2015. Teknik pemilihan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas (CR) secara parsial (Uji t) signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen (DPR) dan kebijakan hutang (DER) pada level of significance kurang dari 5%, sedangkan profitabilitas (ROA) dan sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen dan kebijakan hutang dengan level of significance lebih besar dari 5%.This research provides information on the effect of ROA as a proxy of profitability, CR (Current Ratio) as a proxy of liquidity and sales growth towards the Parliament as a proxy for dividend policy and debt policy DER as a proxy. The purpose of this study is a.) The effect of profitability on dividend policy b.) The effect of liquidity on dividend policy c.) The effect of sales growth on dividend policy d.) The effect of profitability of the debt policy e.) Effect likuidits against debt policy f.) Influence sales growth of the debt policy. The sample in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 - 2015. The sample selection technique is purposive sampling, and data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of liquidity (CR) partially (t test) significantly influence the dividend policy (DPR) and the debt policy (DER) at the level of significance less than 5%, while profitability (ROA) and sales growth has no effect on policy dividend and debt policy with a greater level of significance of 5%.
