Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan memprediksi potensi kebangkrutan sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2010-2015. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2010-2015 yang di publikasikan dalam website www.idx.co.id melalui teknik pengumpulan puposive sampling. Sample data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 (enam) sample perusahaan, yaitu PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT. XL Axiata Tbk, PT. Smartfren Tbk, PT. Inovisi Infracom Tbk, PT. Indosat Tbk, dan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari 6 perusahaan yang berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan pada periode penelitian 2010-2015 yaitu PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT Smartfren Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, satu perusahan terindikasi bangkrut pada tahun 2014 namun pada periode sebelumnya perusahaan tersebut dalam dalam kondisi keuangan yang sehat yaitu PT XL Axiata dan pada PT Inovisi Infracom telah di suspensi oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) karena tahun 2014 laporan keuangannya tidak singkron. Perusahaan yang dalam penelitian dalam kondisi sehat yaitu PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk walaupun pada tahun 2010 perusahan berada pada grey area.This research aimed to analyze condition and predict potential bankruptcy of the telecommunications sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2010 to 2015. Researchers used secondary data from the financial statements of the telecommunications company listed on the Stock Exchange period 2010-2015, published in the website www.idx.co.id through the collection of purposive sampling techniques. The sample data used in this study consisted of 6 (six) sample of companies, namely PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT. XL Axiata Tbk, PT. Smartfren Tbk, PT. Inovisi Infracom Tbk, PT. Indosat Tbk, and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Based on the results of this study showed that of the six companies that have the potential bankruptcies in the study period 2010-2015, namely PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, PT Smartfren Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, the company indicated bankrupt in 2014 but previous priode is in healty financial condition is PT XL Axiata Tbk, and PT Inovisi Infracom has been in suspension by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 2014 financial statements are not synchronized. Businesses in the study in a healthy condition, namely PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk although in 2010 the company is located in the gray area
