Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Dewan Komisaris terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan, (2) pengaruh Dewan Direksi terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan, (3) pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan, (4) pengaruh Komite Audit terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan, (5) pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2015 yang berjumlah 43 bank. Pemilihan sampel melalui metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 23 perusahaan perbankan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian sehingga data penelitian berjumlah 92. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Dewan Komisaris berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Dewan Direksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Komite Audit berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan.The research examines to know (1) the effect of the Board of Commissioners on the Company Financial Performance, (2) the effect of the Board of Directors on the Company Financial Performance, (3) the effect of Institutional Ownership on the Company Financial Performance, (4) the effect of the Audit Committee on the Company Financial Performance, ( 5) the effect of firm size on Company Financial Performance. Population of this research are all banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015, amounting to 43 banks. Purposive sampling was used as sampling technique. There are 23 banking companies that qualify as sample so that the research data totaled 92. The research data analysis technique used by descriptive statistics, test classic assumptions, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate Board Of Commissioners positive effect is not significant to the Company Financial Performance. The Board of Directors positive and significant impact on the Company Financial Performance. Institutional ownership of a significant negative effect on the Company Financial Performance. The Audit Committee no significant and positive effect on the Company Financial Performance. Company size no significant and negative effect on the Company Financial Performance
