Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh mekanisme good corporate governance (dewan komisaris, komite audit, dan ukuran dewan direksi) dan sustainability reporting terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 11 sample perusahaan perbankan yang terdapat di BEI pada periode 2011-2015. Diukur dengan regresi linier dengan bantuan program SPSS. Data Incollection, penelitian ini menganalisis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance, GRI4 dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa: dewan komisaris independen, komite audit, dewan direksi dan sustainability reporting terhadap nilai perusahaan.This research purposed to analyze the effect of good corporate governance mechanism (independent commissioners, the audit committee, the size of the board of directors) and sustainability reporting towards the value of the company. Research used 11 samples of banking companies listed in BEI on period 2011-2015. The measured by linear regression with SPSS program. Incollection data, this research analyzed secondary data obtained from yahoo finance an Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis result showed that: independent commissioners, the audit committee, the size of the board of directors and sustainability reporting, has significant effect towards the value of the company.
