Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dewan Komisaris Independen, Jumlah Rapat Dewan Direksi, Jumlah Rapat Dewan Komisaris, Jumlah Rapat Komite Audit dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2015 Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 143 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel melalui metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 26 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel penelitian sehingga data penelitian berjumlah 104. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Dewan Komisaris independen, Jumlah Rapat Dewan Direksi, Jumlah Rapat Dewan Komisaris, Jumlah Rapat Komite Audit, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh secara partial terhadap kinerja perusahaan.The research examines to know the effect of independent commissioners , the frequency of directors board, the frequency of board meetings attendance, frequency of audit committee meeting attendance, company size on company performance listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015 Population of this research are all of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of company in the period 2012-2015 were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling was used as sampling technique. Twenty six were used as research data. The research data analysis technique used by classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed an independent Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors Meetings, Meetings of the Board of Commissioners, Number of Meetings Audit Committee and Company Size partial influence on company performance.
