Abstract

Sekretariat ASEAN adalah suatu lembaga yang berfungsi untuk menyediakan smaeramnpae rdsaianp kparna sabraenrbaa gbaaig i spidearwnga kildaann Nemgealraak-unkeagna rak oAoSrdEiAnaNs id adlai mb ebrebkaegrjaai organisasi pada organisasi ASEAN serta untuk melaksanakan proyek-proyek hasil keputusan sidang Wakil-wakil delegasi Negara-negara ASEAN, termasuk dengan Negara Mitra Wicara. Dengan berkembangnya aktivitas ASEAN dan Kota Jakarta yang dipercayai sebagai Diplomatik ASEAN menjadikan Sekretariat ASEAN menyelenggarakan pembangunan Gedung baru karena Gedung ASEAN Secretariat yang sekarang berusia 33 tahun tidak lagi memadai. Karena dapat dilihat kebutuhan yang dibutuh terhadap fasilitas yang sudah ada di bangunan ASEAN Secretariat semakin kurang, maka dalam hal ini kantor ASEAN membutuhkan perluasan bangunan ke arah pada bangunan walikota. aPceuraannc daansgaarn teAmSaE dCa nI ckoonnics epB upieldrianngcsa njuggaan amgeanr imtikebnejraadtik apne rti“mIcboannicg”a ns edbaalagmai perencanaan dan wujud/manifestasi produknya meliputi antara lain; aspek arsitektural dengan mempertimbangkan master plan kawasan agar selaras dengan pengembangan perencanaan dan perancangan kawasan.
