Abstract

BSD City merupakan wilayah di Kota Tangerang Selatan yang menjadi tekanan akibat urbanisasi di ibukota dengan perannya yang saat ini sebagai penyangga DKI Jakarta di bidang permukiman penduduk. Fenomena tersebut rupanya menjadikan peluang besar bagi para sektor swasta untuk membangun kawasan perumahan berskala besar berbasiskan konsep kota baru di sekitaran pusat kota. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyaknya dampak-dampak negatif yang terjadi akibat pembangunan besar-besaran tersebut, dimana saat ini wilayah BSD City hanya memiliki luas RTH berkisar antara 3,8-5,9% dari luas lahan total. Dalam hal ini perancangan residential diharapkan menjadi salah satu upaya dalam merencanakan pembangunan fisik yang berkelanjutan di kawasan BSD City. Menekankan dasar pemikiran yaitu pada upaya pelestarian dan pengelolaan lahan hijau secara berkelanjutan (sustainable) dengan menerapkan konsep kembali ke alam yang bertujuan untuk mengubah gaya hidup manusia yang semakin tak terkontrol dalam berbagai aspek.BSD City is a locality in South Tangerang City pressure due to urbanization in the capital with his role as a buffer that currently Jakarta in the field of settlements. The phenomenon apparently make great opportunities for the private sector to build large-scale residential district based on the concept of new towns in the neighborhood of the city centre. But in fact is still a large number of negative impacts arising from the construction of the massive, where currently only BSD City area has a broad teleginen ranges between 3.8-5.9% of the total land area. Residential design in this case is expected to be one of the efforts in planning for sustainable physical development in BSD City area. Emphasizes the rationale in conservation and land management sustainable green (sustainable) by applying the concept of back to nature which aims to change the lifestyle of an increasingly uncontrolled human in various aspects.
