Abstract

In everyday life a lot of we meet one who consume the jamu especially traditional jamu. Traditional jamu represent the very efficacious drug to all disease type as well as can be consumed everyday, because [do] not abundant to use chemicals and do not generate the industrial effect ugly.Prospek of traditional jamu to the fore very fair because can be made by alternatife medication, and its price can be reached until low class of because its base substance is easy to got. From result analyse and enumeration is hence got a the following machine data : Appliance capacities= 0,0036 kg /secont. rotation ( rpm) 1100 rpm. Machine Energy 1,527Hp : appliance rotation 450 rpm,. Belt : type of belt of VBelt of type A, long [of] belt 1,3691 m, apart the motor of dgn axis ( A) 0,525 m, old age the belt office hours. Pad : burden equivalent ( P) , pad age 39195,6766 office hours Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari banyak kita jumpai orang yang mengkonsumsi jamu terutama jamu tradisional. Jamu tradisional merupakan obat yang sangat manjur untuk segala jenis penyakit dan juga dapat dikonsumsi sehari-hari, karena tidak mengunakan bahan kimia yang berlebihan dan tidak menimbulkan efek samping.Prospek industri jamu tradisional kedepan sangat cerah karena dapat dijadikan alternatife pengobatan, dan harganya bisa terjangkau sampai kalangan bawah karena bahan dasarnya mudah didapat. Dari hasil penghitungan dan pengujian maka didapatkan data-data mesin sebagai berikut :Kapasitas alat= 0,0036 kg/s. putaran (rpm) 1100 rpm. Daya rencana1,527Hpt : putaran alat 450 rpm,. Belt : jenis belt V-Belt type A, panjang belt 1,3691 m, jarak motor dgn poros (A) 0,525 m, umur belt 7551,56 jam kerja. Pulley : diameter pulley out1 D 0,077 mm, out 2 D ,187mm, in1 D 52 mm, in2 D 162mm. Poros : Bahan baja crom nikel SND 3,diameter poros d ≥ 2,754cm. Bantalan : beban equivalent (P) = 19,1561kg , umur bantalan 39195,6766 jam kerja
