Abstract

PT. Astra Honda Motor is one of company of bicycle product maker Motor with various the yielded products types. This thing is not be quit of existence of deviation at product which the yielded. Based on data from damages types ( handicap) at motorbike product PT. Astra Honda Motor indicate that there are is assorted of handicap or damage predominating rating five the large have percentage of big enough. If when things that way continue to take place to cause lowgrade yielded product, what then can affect at decline advantage value. The height of the percentage of number many influenced by many factors. Here writer try to analyse cause of the happening of mistake in production process for soon done step of repair to the mistake also draw up prevention stages;steps for product hereinafter. Analysis at making of motorbike product in PT.Astra Honda Motor by using method which have is, that is, Pareto Diagram, Fish Bone Diagram, and also give solution to the problem of analysis.
