Abstract

Together with the development of information and communication technology which increase faster, information systems have an important role for a company. The need of fast and accurate information in dealing with a company is very essential and one of the solutions is by using computer system. With computer we could make job more efficient and reduce work time. PT Angkasa Pura II is still processing and recording debt-receivable manually so weaknesses like error in counting process, making files or report when they are needed timely and accurately in sudden is still found. Seeing these existing problems then one of the solutions is using computerized system in processing debt-receivable records in accounting field. Key words : information system, data base, debt-receivable Bersamaan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang bertambah pesat, sistem informasi memiliki peranan penting bagi suatu perusahaan. Kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat dan tepat dalam menangani suatu perusahaan sangatlah diperlukan keberadaannya dan salah satu bentuk permecahannya adalah dengan sistem komputer. Dengan komputer dapat menghemat waktu dan efisiensi kerja. PT. Angkasa Pura II masih melakukan pengolahan dan pencatatan hutang-piutang secara manual sehingga masih ditemukan kelemahan-kelemahan seperti kesalahan pada proses perhitungan, pembuatan arsip atau laporan yang diperlukan sewaktu-waktu secara tepat dan akurat. Melihat permasalahan yang ada maka salah satu cara penyelesaiannya adalah dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi dalam mengolah pencatatan hutang-piutang pada bidang akutansi.
