Abstract

ABSTRAK To impervious the delay of the delivery from one product by repairing SOP that happened at PT X. The Company has a SOP, which have been executed however need an existence of changing because the run of SOP have disagree with realita. In repairing the SOP PT, X using causality diagram or of fish bone. After analyse by using causality diagram hence company replacement of SOP. Here, company of found some cause of delay that is because of its Condition of vehicle of unfavourable delivery transportation , Condition of vehicle of unfavourable forklift, Condition of unfavourable transportation roadway band, Process procedure work delivery of product become which there is no standard, Motivation work employees , Skill work employees. After done by calculation of percentage of delay in the year 2006 that is 8.61 % while percentage of delay of year 2007 that is 4,76 % so that degradation of delay of year 2006 and 2007 is 3, 85 %. In the year 2008 estimate and obtained by percentage of delay is 1,93 % so that degradation of percentage of delay for year 2008 is 2 ,83 %.
