Abstract

Dengue fever (DF) and dengue haemorrhagic fever (DHF) are caused by dengue viruses. It is a mosquito-borne viral disease that has become an important re-emerging disease. The DHF is one of the major health problems in Indonesia which tend to increase and also progressively and widely spreading. To reduce this epidemic disease is strongly related to the strategy of eradication it self and the health human resources planning as the human success factor of such kind of implementation. The objective of this research is to find out the variable of health human resource planning and the strategy of DBD eradication that implemented by Community healthcare center. The method of this research is a cross section data, collected by observations and interview. The exploration method also applied to enrich the findings (as secondary data) Respondences for this survey is 90% of Community health centers workers. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The result shows implementation of eradicating reach 50%, this significant achievement is the impact of positive health human resources planning and the implementation of DBD eradication strategy.
