Abstract

The objectives from this research are to find out the factors that affect the flow of community fund and the significance of those changing factors to the fluctuating of the fund flow. In addition to that, this research is also aimed to learn about the most influencing factors that play the role in fluctuating flow fund to Syariah Business Unit Commercial Bank. In order to achieve for mentioned objectives, the research method implemented here is using syariah business unit commercial bank as the resource of research and the tri-semester financial report that was published in 2003-2006 as the data. As to the type of research is causal research using the fund disbursement as dependent variable (Y) and third party fund, equity, margin and profit sharing, and NPL as an independent variable (X). The amount of the fund disbursement to the third party from syariah business unit commercial bank is influenced by the number of third party fund, Equity, margin and profit sharing, and NPL ratio that simultaneously give the contribution of 79.9 %. That condition itself is much influenced by the amount of account (resource) of the third party, number of equity, amount of margin and profit sharing. As the most influencing factor is margin and profit sharing with 41.1 % contribution. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah agar dapat diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah penyaluran dana masyarakat dan besarnya pengaruh perubahan faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap perubahan jumlah penyaluran dana. Dan juga agar dapat diketahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi jumlah penyaluran dana pada Bank Umum Unit Usaha Syariah. Dan untuk dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah dikemukakan digunakan metode penelitian, dengan obyek penelitan adalah bank umum unit usaha syariah dengan data yang digunakan adalah data laporan keuangan triwulan yang telah dipublikasikan pada tahun 2003 – 2006. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian causal, dengan variabel penelitian penyaluran dana sebagai variable dependent (Y), dan DPK, ekuitas, margin dan Bagi hasil, dan NPL sebagai variable independen (X). Adapun metode analisis datanya adalah analisis deskriptif, analisa regresi, analisa determinasi, dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Jumlah penyaluran dana pihak ketiga dari Bank Umum Unit Usaha Syariah dipengaruhi oleh besarnya DPK, Ekuitas, Margin dan Bagi Hasil, dan Rasio NPL yang secara bersama – memberikan kontribusi sebesar 79,9%. Adapun faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran dana pihak ketiga pada bank umum uni usaha syariah adalah jumlah simpanan dana pihak ketiga, jumlah ekuitas, dan besarnya margin dan bagi hasil, sedangkan faktor dominannya adalah margin dan bagi hasil dengan kontribusi sebesar 41,1%.
