Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was about organizational performance measurement using Balanced Scorecard Approach with case study in PT. International Nickel Indonesia Tbk. The purpose of this research is how to know PT. International Nickel Indonesia performance if is measured by four perspective of Balanced Scorecard, not only financial perspective but also customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. This research is using company’s annual report for period 2006-2008. The result of this research shows that performance of PT. International Nickel Indonesia in 2008 is not good as their performance in 2007. Measurement with Balanced Scorecard shows that financial performance is very influenced by non financial factor such as : customer factor, internal business factor and learning and growth factor.
