Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was about the quality control in suppressing the defective product at PT. Hanindo. PT. Hanindo is the generated clothes with the order based, to reduce the failure product, quality control is required. Quality control is carried out into 2 stages, which is : pre-production quality control, and quality control in production processes. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the effectiveness of quality control can reduce product defects. This research was using the descriptive methods. the results of this research reveals that in 2007average failed products are 3.018 pieces, and in 2008 are 802 pieces.
