Abstract
ABSTRACT ThisresearchexplainedtheinfluenceofreturnoninvestmenttosharepriceatcompanyoffoodandbeverageenlistedinBEI.ThisResearchisconductedtoknowtheinfluenceofreturnoninvestmenttosharepriceatcompanyoffoodandbeverageenlistedinBEI.ReturnOninvestmentobtainedfromnetprofitdividedtotalasset,whilesharepriceobtainedfrompriceofclosingsharewiththeperceptionperiodfivedayafterfinancialstatementpublicizedfortheyearof2005unil2007whichthendividedbyfive.Sampelusedinthisresearchasmuch12companyoffoodandbeverageenlistedinBEIatperiod2005until2007.Sampelselectedtousethemethodofpurposivesampling.Analysetheregresiusedtotestthehypothesis.Resultofresearchindicatethatthesharepriceinfluencedbyreturnoninvestmentofequalto55.8%therestinfluencedbyother;dissimilarvariablewhichisnotstudiedinthisresearch.ReturnOninvestmenthaveaneffectonthesignifikantosharepriceatcompanyoffoodandbeverageenlistedinBEI.
