Abstract
AHMAD SURURI 43205010102 ABSTRACT This research explained the influence of return on investment to share price at company of food and beverage enlisted in BEI. This Research is conducted to know the influence of return on investment to share price at company of food and beverage enlisted in BEI. Return On investment obtained from net profit divided total asset, while share price obtained from price of closing share with the perception period five day after financial statement publicized for the year of 2005 until 2007 which then divided by five. Sampel used in this research as much 12 company of food and beverage enlisted in BEI at period 2005 until 2007. Sampel selected to use the method of purposive sampling. Analyse the regresi used to test the hypothesis. Result of research indicate that the share price influenced by return on investment of equal to 55.8% the rest influenced by other;dissimilar variable which is not studied in this research. Return On investment have an effect on the signifikan to share price at company of food and beverage enlisted in BEI. Keyword : return on investment, share price.
