Abstract

ABSTRACT Manufacturing Company which having sales oriented in export needs high sense value of product such as quality, brand image, market leader and minimize claim from Customer. According to government facilities purpose to increase the devisa, foreign exchange monetary fund and International Global Trading, the government give drawback facilities for the export product which ingredients processed by raw material import which gave to manufacturing company. This research is aimed to know the impact of Management Quality which include the planning, organizing, directing and controlling starting use the raw material, work in process, finished goods until the goods exported to Customer. Also in order to know the drawback facilities will give positive feedback to company and eager to make improvement especially for export production. Because of the objectives of management quality is perform the products , so the product shall perform good quality and zero deffect. The analysis is based on research the sales export and drawback fund by the time series and implement the management accounting concept. Keywords : Quality, Export Production, Duty Drawback
