ABSTRACK Thisempericalresearchconducted2009,isintendedtotestthehyphothesisabouttheinfluencesTQMinteractiontomanagerialperformanceofPerusahaanUmum(Perum)Pegadaian.Theresearchdesignissurveyandquantitativeapproachwith80samplesofnumberofseniormanagersandstaffofthetotalpopulation100persons.Itusesthesimplelinearregressionmethodtotestheypothesis.TheresultoftheresearchisacceptHa,meaningTQMinteractionhavesignificantinfluncetothemanagerialperformance.
