Abstract
AGUS PURWANTO 43205010105 ABSTRACK This emperical research conducted 2009, is intended to test the hyphothesis about the influences TQM interaction to managerial performance of Perusahaan Umum(Perum)Pegadaian. The research design is survey and quantitative approach with 80 samples of number of senior managers and staff of the total population 100 persons. It uses the simple linear regression method to test heypothesis. The result of the research is accept Ha, meaning TQM interaction have significant influnce to the managerial performance. Key words : TQM and Managerial Performance.
