Abstract

ABSTRACT CIPTA PERKASA METALINDO Company is active in metal industry making and component motor vehicle which target in order to strengthening effort reach in giving industrial service motor vehicle. Analyse cash expenditure and purchase system used in order to have an eye for what purchase system procedure, cash expenditure have according to and executed better by company in order to not happened the authority abuse and insincerity by internal party company. This research aim to understand purchase reporting and record-keeping procedure, cash expenditure operation of company, also to know and obtain. Method used by researcher in this method is bibliography and field study, where bibliography by reading book of literature and also check and learn to university lecture which have been taught existing with writing of this paper while research of field by performing gathering of data and interview with shares of buy and finance CIPTA PERKASA METALINDO Company and support by some of job description and execution of its accounting system. The research reveal that system of purchase and expenditure of cash hence proposed some weakness that happened in company, that is inexistence evaluate periodical supplier so that can cause company of losing time to obtain get cheaper raw material and supplier of other dissimilar.
