Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is entitled “Perspective of Performance Measurement Based On Balanced Scorecard in PT.Bank Muamalat Indonesia.” While the objective is to examine and the influence of Balanced Scorecard implemented as an instrument of it. The Research adopted Descriptive of Comparative method to investigate the object of the research and find out the existing facts and those are accouring. This Method is not limited to data collection through the questioners distributed but also includes the analysis and understanding of the existing data. Based on the existing data, it is found that the core or the essence of performance measurement using Balanced Scorecard perspective is customer`s s satisfaction. If the customer`s satisfaction is high, their loyalty is high too. Such a condition should be followed by the improvement of the company performance continually. The commitment can be achieved , if there is no more employee who is dissapointment with the commitment of Bank Muamalat in such a way the individual employee have motivation to make contribution for the development of Bank Muamalat as good as possible Key Words : Performance, Balanced Scorecard.
