Abstract
ABSTRACT The main purpose of the company doing activities was achieved profitability or to maximum of value added to going concert by used effective and efficient resource of the company. This case the capital is holding important necessary because to pay operating expenses the company. The Fund was used to operating cost it’s call capital working. Net working capital is defined as asset minus current liabilities and net profit margin is a measure profitability that calculated finding the net profit (after taxes) as a percentage of the revenue. So it’s take me to research an title “ Net Working Capital Influence toward net profit margin to retail go public companies in Bursa Efek Indonesia”. The Data are collected using purposive sampling method. Total samples are 48 companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia in 6 years observation period (2003-2008). The hypotheses examine of the research by used linier sampling regression. The result of this research will be showing that net profit margin influenced 0.3 % with determinate coefficients by net working capital and 97 % as others residual influence. While T Examine will be showing 0.397 with T-Account, and T-table critical value for the distribution is 1.684. It means that T-account < T- table. There for Ho is received and H1 is Refused. So The Conclusion of the research is Net working capital uninfluenced towards net profit margin a significance way with 95% rank of the trust. Key Ward: Net working capital, net profit margi
