Abstract
Internet is a media which very effective for supporting a business activity. On fault reporting process of internet connection, it’s required a complaint service or it can be called helpdesk where that service can cover a part of big area, so it’s required a central service “Service Point” with one or more helpdesk who service that service point. For supporting service activity to the customer so it’s required aprocess management that accepting customer complaint, noting report of customer, submitting the problem of customer report to related section (helpdesk, technical support, admin and technician), and watching each report from moment accepted till handled by related section and also manage customer data. Process above will be written down by syistem and than will be dispatched (Dispatch System) by related section to do coordination in handling internet conection problem where this sistem can accommodate and receive with quickly of each customer report on their internet service and later can give satisfication and trusty to the customer with the service that their buy. All of this management activity, it’s started from customer problem acceptance until problem solving will be written down in this system. Keyword: Activity, Service Point,Dispatch System
