Abstract
Human factor is one of important factor in operational activity of a company. Astrido Group which is an automotive industry company realized that factor, because human factor becoming a subject that support the entire activity in the company. One of the most important part in human resourece management is attendance, therefore a system that resolves attendance issue is needed. Attendance system will be implemented in computer based application using database with Local Area Network. This system will be build using ASP.NET programming language and Ms SQL Server 2005 as the database application. Result of this application will consist of 2 major modules, which is : employee management module that will be use to record and process everything that involves employee management, and attendance management which will be used to monitor attendance issue and employee performance and productivity.
