Abstract

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a method of measuring the effectiveness of the use of a equipment. OEE is known as one of application programs Produktive Total Maintenance (TPM). The ability to identify clearly the cause of the root causes and factors that make a focused effort and improvement are the main factors of this method is applied as a whole by many companies this in the world. In although the new company to run the program Total Maintenance produktive still have the problem that has not been revealed clearly. Disclosure of the root causes and contributing factor is necessary before the company conducts business improvement. This study begins by identifying the equipment losses that occurred. Then measure the achievement of one production line OEE value in one product and through pareto analysis of the measurement results obtained by the root causes and contributing factor is clearly shown on a diagram. Key Word : OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah metode pengukuran efektivitas penggunaan suatu peralatan. OEE dikenal sebagai salah satu aplikasi program Total Produktive Maintenance (TPM). Kemampuan mengidentifikasikan secara jelas akar permasalahan dan faktor penyebabnya sehingga membuat usaha perbaikan menjadi terfokus dan merupakan faktor utama metode ini diaplikasikan secara menyeluruh oleh banyak perusahaan didunia. Saat ini walaupun perusahaan baru menjalan program Total produktive Maintenance masih memiliki permasalahan yang belum terungkap jelas. Hal ini mengakibatkan penggunaan peralatan yang ada belum optimal. Pengungkapan akar masalah dan faktor penyebabnya diperlukan sebelum perusahaan melakukan usaha perbaikan. Penelitian ini dinulai dengan mengidentifikasi kerugian peralatan yang terjadi. Kemudian mengukur pencapaian nilai OEE satu lini produksi dalam satu periode dan melalui analisis pareto terhadap hasil pengukuran tersebut diperoleh akar permasalahan dan faktor penyebabnya secara jelas ditampilkan pada sebuah diagram sebab akibat. Kata Kunci : OEE
