Abstract
This research was about the impact of abroad fiscal abolition to the 2009 tax revenue performance in East Jakarta Medium Tax Office. The objective of this research is finding out how significant is the abroad fiscal abolition impact to the 2009 tax revenue performance in East Jakarta Medium Tax Office. This research was using the descriptive quantitative and qualitative comparison. The result of this research will be showing that abroad fiscal abolition has a big effect of the 2009 tax revenue decent in East Jakarta Medium Tax Office about 22%. Key words : abroad fiscal, abroad fiscal abolition, tax revenue decent.
