Abstract

This research aimed to know relantioship between Activity Ratio such as Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Fixed Assets Turnover and Total Asset Turnover with Economic Rentability. This research took sample for 30 company manufacture since 2005 till 2009, which listing in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination test indicated that Fixed Assets Turnover and Total Asset Turnover have no relantionship with Economic Rentability. Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover have relantionship with Economic Rentability although not to significant. From research can take the conclusion that Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover have negative significant moderate relation to Economic Rentability where as the rest are influenced by other variables. It’s suggested that stakeholder, especially investor who will do investment on Plastic and Glass Products Company before making decision, need to focus on the others factor.
