Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate wheather net profit and operational cash flow have the ability to predict future cash flow. Eventhough prior investigation has already explained relation between net profit and cash flow in predicting future cash flow, indeed result shown that between net profit and cash flow have the ability to predict future cash flow for the companies that reported positive net profit. In other situation, for the companies that are reported profit loss, predicting future cash flow is not significant. This research used quantitative approach wherein method of analysis double linear regration is being used to analys the data. Results of this research shown and proved that net profit and cash flow have the ability to predict future cash flow. Key words: net profit, operational cah flow, future cash flow
