Abstract
This research method is a method with the correlation approach. independent variable is the Return On Investment with Capital Stock as the dependent variable. population in this study are publicly traded companies listed on the Stock Exchange, while the samples taken are as many as 18 companies. sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. data for the Return On Capital Stock Investmnet and taken from the financial statement balance sheet and income statements in 2007 and 2009. engineering data analysis was conducted using the correlation technique and Perason Correlations. The results in this study has proved the existence of a positive and significant relationship between Return On Investment with Capital Stock in the Company go public in Indonesia. this means that if the ROI is increased it will be followed by a capital increase the company's stock.
