Abstract

ABSTRACT This study has purpose to acknowledge the level of sales to reach break even point and it has used as an istrument for next year rofit design it also match with the common theory. In the study, the author has using several variable to know the level of sales that reach break even point as it has used as instrument prfit design, those variables covering : BEP count up, marginal income, margin of safety, profit design, degree of leverage. The study results approached that the break even point has reached by the level of sales in PT. Pulo Mas Jaya Unit Properti Mas Jaya Unit Properti Pulo Mas satu, Jakarta and it also can be used as instrument for next year profit design and match with the common theroy.
