Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to understand the tax planning conducted by the Company to minimize the tax payments payable under the provisions of 2008 Tax Law and to identify how much tax savings after the tax planning. The method used in conducting the research is Descriptive Method because the method is expected to get an image of the collected data and then processed and then analyzed the implementation of tax planning in the effort to make the company’s operating expenses more efficient. Tax planning conducted by the Company has been in line with Laws and regulations. But the Company does not maximum the tax planning for operating expenses, among these expenses are, employee medical expenses, donations and entertainment expenses. If the three accounts are included in the reconciliation of fiscal, the Company can make a tax saving of Rp. 853, 250, 034
