Abstract
ABSTRAK This Research was about performance appraisal PT Rizky Kurnia Tehnic with using Balance Scorecard method. The purpose of this study objectives to determine how to measure the performance of the company’s overall Balance Scorecard method. And can be repaired performance in the company was even better than before. Because PT Rizky Kurnia Tehnic using traditional method. This research using descriptive. The results of research this financial terms, customer satisfaction, learning and growth increased or good enough, whereas in the according to contract (in the production process) amount of 4,35%.
