Abstract

ABSTRACT Most companies can not maximize the profit earned per period for not knowing any factors that may affect the profit gained, therefore companies can not make the most of its operating activities to increase profits. This study aims to determine how much influence the structure of assets and capital strukrur partial and simultaneous effect on profitability, the authors test object is a sample of 30 companies manufacturing a provider of goods of daily needs that are listed on the IDX, this study used causal research is to see the impact through Statistical data processing using multiple regression analysis using SPSS for windows17applications. Results from this study show that simultaneous asset structure and capital structure affect the profitability of 21.8% which is obtained from R square test and the two components simultaneously significantly influence profitability through ANOVA F test, whereas the partial structures have significant assets effect on profitability, while capital structure does not significantly affect profitability.
