Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to to know what is there are influence which is valid between receivable turnover storey; level of is effort to profitability in this case Return on Equty at manufacturing business in Effect Exchange Indonesia. Method Research which is used in this writing is by using descriptive method and method research of causal. Technique intake of sampel which is writer use is sampling purposive that is pursuant to criterions which must fulfill by and sampel. This Research Sampel is 16 manufacturing business which enlist in BEI year 2006 and 2007. Free variable (variable independent) in this research is receivable turn over of[is effort which given by symbol X. Related/Relevant variable (dependent variable) in this research is given by ROE is symbol of Y. Result of research of determine that there is influence of receivable turn over of is effort to ROE. Equation of regresi able to = 5.046 + 0.706X. There is positive relation/link between profitability and rotation of ROE. Analysis Coefficient of determinasi got equal to 20,61% meaning receivable turnover influence Profitability of Return On Equity (ROE).
