Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is an evaluation of management control systems on the operational budget of PT.Surya Sakti Prima Steel. The purpose of this research is to analyze the suitability of the Management Control System Operational Budget at PT. Surya Sakti Prima Steel with Management Control Systems theory is generally accepted. This study used a qualitative descriptive method and quantitative. The results of this study recommendations in the form of program management control systems to communicate the results to the parties concerned to control activities at PT. Surya Sakti Prima steel in the future.
