Abstract

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS THE FACTORS THAT GIVE INFLUENCE TO CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF MANUFACTURING COMPANY THAT GO PUBLIC IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE ON 2005-2008 By : Taufik Suardi The objective of this research is to know empirically the influence of assets structure, growth of assets, growth of sales, profitability, size, retained earning to total assets and liquidity to capital structure. The research is done to manufacturing companies that go public that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2005- 2008. The analysis result shows that assets stucture, size and retained earning to total assets give significant influence to capital structure of manufacturing company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2005-2008. Moreover, growth of assets, growth of sales, profitability and liquidity have no influence to capital structure of manufacturing company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2005-2008.
