Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is about the implementation of online payment systems for revenue property tax at the Pratama Jakarta Kebayoran Lama tax office. The purpose of this research was to determine how the revenue property tax before and after the applied of online payment system at the Pratama Jakarta Kebayoran Lama tax office. This research uses descriptive data analysis methods of quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The kind of data in use are the primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used in this research are a field research method (method of observation and interviews) and research methods literature. The result of this research will be showing that online payment system has a positive impact on acceptance of property tax at the Pratama Jakarta Kebayoran Lama tax office and there are significant differences in revenue property tax before and after the applied of online payment system at the Pratama Jakarta Kebayoran Lama tax office.
