Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzed the influenced net income and cash flow operations to the cash dividend of the manufacturing company since 2007 up to 2008. This study was also intended to know which performance measures have the most significant effect to the dividend cash. Data that used in this research is financial statements from each company, published through website www.idx.co.id. Analyzed method that used in this research is quantitatif method with multiple regression. Sampling method that used is purposive sampling. Variables that used in this research are net income (X1) and operating cash flows (X2) as variable independent, and dividend cash (Y) as variable dependent consist of 30 firms. This research concludes that both of two independent variable have positive significant influenced toward dividend cash.
