Abstract
ABSTRACT This research discusses the role of tax planning to minimize income tax payments of PT. Tandes Lautan. The problem faced is how to construct appropriate tax planning so as to minimize the income tax burden of PT. Tandes Lautan. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Author analyzing the income statement of PT. Tandes Lautan to assess and devise appropriate tax planning. Tax planning is made in this study produce efficiency savings and income tax burden on PT. Tandes Lautan. This affects the increase in profit after tax.
