Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is influence between audit experience gained from the old auditor worked as an auditor, experience gained from the many duties tests done, and the experience gained from many types of auditors of companies that have audited the auditor expertise. Research method used is causal. This method is consistent with the objectives of research to determine the influence of one or more variables of a particular variable is causal. In this study there are two variables, including: free variables (independent variables), variables which affect the experience or X then bound variable (dependent variable), variables that influenced the auditors' expertise or Y. This research uses hypothesis testing using statistical tests. Results obtained from this study that the experience gained from the old auditor worked as an auditor, experience gained from the many duties tests done, and the experience gained from many types of auditors who have audited the company, jointly affect the auditor's expertise.
