Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence between the profitability ratios of Stock Price Movements PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk registered in BEI. The sample used is the quarterly stock price in the period 2004 to 2008. And the sample withdrawal method is purposive sampling. This research uses the dependent variable stock prices, while independent is Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). Research methods are correlation and causal, with the measurement scale is the scale variable ratio. Results of the study the correlation analysis showed that the ROA shows a positive relationship and strong, ROE showed a positive relationship, but weakly. While the results of this study regression analysis showed partial simultaneously and ROA and ROE in the year 2004 - 2008 effect on stock prices.
