Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was about balance scorecard application on RSIA Muhammadiyah. The purpose of this research is how to know balance scorecard application as performance measuresment is better than traditional perspective. Balance scorecard interpreted as set size giving picture to top manager about business in a brief but comprehensive. Balance scorecard covers standard criteria expressing action result which has been executed, customer satisfaction, internal process, organizational innovation and repairs of operational activity criteria which is been strigging future financial performance. In this research there are four perspective of balance scorecard consist of financial perspective , customer perspective, internal business, also learning and growing perspective. Based on analysis done it is known that there is clarity relation between vision, mission, and corporate strategy and measuring standard in perspective of balance scorecard which consists of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business, also learning and growing perspective. Besides known also that fourth of balance scorecard perspective have been good.
