Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was about management control system as a tool of valuation management performance at Bumiputera 1912 in Jambi. This purpose of this research are ; first, how to implement management control system at Bumiputera Insurance 1912 in Jambi. Second, how to effective and efficiency income budget can to influence management performance at Bumiputera Insurance 1912 in Jambi. This research was using of the deskriptif kuantitatif and kualitatif. The result of this research will show that good management control sytem application at Bumiputera Insurance 1912 in Jambi. Implementation management control system at Bumiputera Insurance do with line structure organization. And the result of this research will show that performance of Bumiputera managers in 2009 is better than performance of Bumiputera managers in 2008. Because, in budgeted income statement, performance of managers Bumiputera in 2008 deficit of Rp. 3,710,816,971. And budgeted income statement will influence to management performance. This is due to event that can’t be controlled by managers, the insurance cost.
