Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of performance appraisal, competence, and the role of employee on the performance of employees on PT. Primakemas Cemerlang, besides it’s also to know the variables that have most dominant influence on the performance of employees. The research cab be input management on PT. Primakemas Cemerlang in evaluating the performance of employees, to futher increase the performance of employees in the future. The research method in use is researcs methods. Is the method used to obtain information on the state apparent in the company, by doing research directly in the field by distributing questionnaires to employee at PT. Primakemas Cemerlang in non random. The most dominant variable in determining the results of employee performance is the variable role of employees, because the role of employees is very important in carrying out the work of the company. Thus the role of emfloyees have an influence a very significant effect on performance compared to variable performance assessment and competence. Keywords : Assessment of work, competence, the role of employee, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kerja, kompetensi, dan peran karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Primakemas Cemerlang, disamping itu juga untuk mengetahui variable yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan pihak manajemen PT. Primakemas Cemerlang dalam mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di masa mendatang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Riset. Adalah metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang keadaan nyata diperusahaan, dengan melakukan penelitian langsung dilapangan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Primakemas Cemerlang secara non acak. Variable yang paling dominan dalam hasil kinerja karyawan adalah variable peran karyawan, karena peran karyawan sangatlah penting dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan (tugas) dari perusahaan, dengan demikian peran karyawan mempunyai pengaruh lebih besar terhadap kinerja dibandingkan variable penilaian kerja dan kompetensi.
