Abstract
The objective of this research is to know empirically the influence of firm size, business risk, asset growth, profitability, liquidity, tangibility and Seles growth to capital structure. The researce is done to manufacturing campanies that go public that listed in indonesia stock exchange on 2008-2011. The analysis result shows that firm size, profitability, liquidity, tangibility give significant influence to captal structure of manufacturing company that go public in indonesia stcok exchange on 2008-2011. Moreever, business risk, asset growth dan sales growth do not have influence to capital structure of manufacturing company that go public in indonesia stock exchange on 2008-2011.
