Abstract
Tenaga listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok saat ini, oleh karena itu tenaga listrik harus tersedia secara ekonomis dengan memperhatikan mutu, baik tegangan maupun frekuensi serta keandalaanya. Untuk menjaga kelangsungan penyaluran tenaga listrik diperlukan sistem proteksi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Fungi dari sebuah sistem proteksi adalah untuk melokalisir apabila terjadi suatu gangguan, jadi hanya daerah yang terganggu saja yang dibebaskan dari rangkaian sistem tenaga listrik dan juga harus mempertimbangkan keamanan peralatan dan stabilitas tenaga listrik itu sendiri. Sistem proteksi harus memenuhi persyaratan yaitu cepat, aman / stabil, peka, andal dan selektif sehingga apabila terjadi gangguan maka sistem proteksi akan bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya sebagai pengaman. Tugas Akhir ini merupakan perhitungan dan analisa penyetelan relay proteksi pengaman cadangan pada trafo 150/20 KV 60 MVA di Gardu Induk Gandul. Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan dan setting yang benar diharapkan apabila terjadi gangguan pada trafo dan pengaman utama tidak dapat bekerja menanggapi adanya gangguan atau ada kerusakan pada pengaman utama, maka pengaman cadanganlah yang akan langsung bekerja sesuai fungsinya. Kata kunci: setting relai, transformator, pengaman cadangan. ABSTRACT Electric power is one of the basic needs of the moment, therefore, power must be provided economically with respect to quality, both the voltage and frequency as well as reliability. To maintain the continuity of electrical power supply protection system is needed that fits your needs. The function of a protection system is to localize the event of a disruption, so it is only disturbed areas are exempt from a series of electric power systems and equipment should also consider the security and stability of power itself. Protection system must meet the requirements of the fast, safe / stable, sensitive, reliable and selective so that the interference occurs when the protection system will work in accordance with its function as a safety. This report is a calculation and analysis of the safety relay backup protection on the transformer 150/20 KV 60 MVA substation in Gandul. So that from the calculation and setting the correct expected if an interruption in the transformer and the main belt can not work responding to a disturbance or there is damage to the main belt, and then the backup protection belt which will work according to its function.
