Abstract
This study aimed to provide empirical evidence on the effect of project cost and general administration cost to the net profit achievement by examining each variables. Through this research, will be showing that which one of the variables can effect significantly to the net profit achievement. The object of research is the construction service and telecommunication installation on PT Putra Alinson Perkasa. Data that used in this research from financial statements since 2008 until 2010. Variables that used in this research are net profit achievement as dependent variable symbol Y, project cost as independent variable symbol X1, and general administration cost as independent variable symbol X2. Analysis model used in this research is multiple regression analysis model performed with the aid of the computer program SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. The result of this research indicates that project cost partially effect net profit achievement by significantly, meanwhile general administration cost did not effect net profit achievement by significantly. However, project cost and general administration cost simultaneously effect the net profit achievement by significantly
