Abstract
The population in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company joined in LQ 45 index period 2006-2010, amounting to 11 companies. Where any company issuing an audit report every year and the dividend consistently over the period 2006-2010. The study sample was taken after meeting several criteria that apply to the application of operational definitions of variables. The sampling technique was taken by purposive sampling technique. Analysis tools used in this study were multiple linear regression. Based on this study, partially around the independent variable has a significant influence but not to the Dividend Payout Ratio. This is evidenced by sig-F value is greater than 5%.
