Abstract
This research aims to discuss influence third party funds and interest rate toward deposits funds. The population in this research is for company banking Indonesia Stock Exchange, the object of this research is financial statement for period 2008 -2010. Independent variabel of this research is the third party funds and interest rate, while the dependent variabel is deposits funds. This research used quantitative research method is by using multiple regression model. The results of research showed that independent variabel simultaneously have strong and significant influence toward deposits funds. Partially third party funds has positive and significant influence toward deposits funds. Interest rate has not significant influence toward deposits funds
